Occasionally, you may wish to return an order. This is possible, with the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving reasons. You can return an order quickly and easily by sending your parcel to the address of Guts&Glory Underwear: Gerrit Slagmanstraat 5, 7217SE Harfsen, in the Netherlands. You can hand in the parcel at a postal company of your choice, but always with a tracking number. We recommend companies as PostNL, DHL and UPS. The shipping costs to return the order to Guts&Glory Underwear must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are depending on the country and postal company.
After receiving the return in good order, we will refund the order amount including any paid shipping costs (of the order, not the return costs) within 14 days.
If you wish to return an order, this can only be done with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition, without signs of use, including attached labels and packaging. If the product is damaged, used or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to the customer. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.
Product exchange?
Would you like to exchange a product, for example because you need a different size? That 's no problem! Please contact us by sending an email to info@gutsglory-underwear.com. You only have to pay the cost of returning the product, we will send you the new product free of charge.
