Return

There might be a reason why you want to return an order. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving, without letting us know the reason. Returning an order is done easily and quickly by returning your package to the sender address of Guts&Glory Underwear: Gerrit Slagmanstraat 5, 7217SE Harfsen, the Netherlands. You can use the transport company of your choice. Make sure you send your return with Trach&Trace information. The return cost to send the order back to Guts&Glory Underwear is for the customer. This cost depends on the country your sending from and the transport company.

We will then refund the order amount including any paid shipping costs (of the order, not the return costs) within 14 days after receiving the return, if it is received in good order.

If you wish to return an order, this can only be done with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition, without user marks, including attached labels and packaging. If the product is damaged, used or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to the customer. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is packaged properly when you return it.

Product exchange?

Would you like to exchange a product, for example because you need a different size? That’s not a problem at all. To do so, reach out to us at info@gutsglory-underwear.com. You pay the cost of returning the product yourself, we will send you the new product free of charge.
