Warranty & complaints
We care about our products and we will make sure to deliver them in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it's possible that something happend so that you want to use a warranty claim.
If you discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. User marks and wear and tear caused by intensive use of our products are not covered by the warranty. Please contact us in time and we will provide a suitable solution.
If something went wrong, we're sorry! We would like to ask you to report complaints to us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If this doesn't lead to a solution, it's possible to contact the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur (Webshop Quality mark Foundation) at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Since 2016 February 15th, it's also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform is to be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If the complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you can file the complaint through the European Union platform.
